VISIT CANADA Educational Tours

We planned our first educational field trip to Montréal for a group of teachers in the fall of 1985. What we didn’t know about students & teachers on educational tours, we made up for with hard work, passion for quality and knowledge of the destination. Today, we're proud to be a part of The ACIS Educational Tours family.

Our Promise

… if there are better, more pedagogically significant tour itineraries anywhere, honestly, we have never seen one.

Our Organization

J Michael Donovan

You will realize, from your first telephone conversation with us, that your foreign language field trip will be planned by the foremost authorities on this subject in North America.

You will always be able to talk with someone who knows every aspect of your itinerary, including the destinations in general, as well as all of your planned activities, your hotel (or hotels), restaurants (and even menus) in minute detail.

We know the destinations intimately. We have learned things, in more than twenty five years, about bringing language students to Montréal, Québec City, New York and Chicago that the amateurs in this field haven’t even wondered about.

We know the needs of Language teachers and the needs and interests of their students, and how to manage them on field trips, as well or better than anyone on this continent.

Our Tour Programs

Our tour itineraries have been meticulously crafted, tweaked and refined on the basis of our observations of the likes, dislikes, tastes, attention spans and biorhythms of tens of thousands of students.

Your itinerary will be flexible, yet you will know, long before you leave (if you care to), where you will be virtually every minute of every day that you’ll be at the destinations.

In short, if there are better, more pedagogically significant tour itineraries, that make better use of the limited time your group will be away from home, we have never seen one.

Our Staff

You will be doing business with mature, responsible professionals, dedicated to providing absolutely the finest tour programs available anywhere.

Finally, we are parents of school-aged children ourselves; we promise you that we care, on every level, about all the children on all of our trips.
