Day 1: Arrival & Old Québec Exploration

Morning: Depart by motorcoach, arriving in Québec City by early afternoon. Check into your Old Town hotel.

3:00 PM: Guided walking tour through historic districts:
Lower Town (Basse-Ville) with its 17th-century buildings
Place Royale, the birthplace of French America
• Ride the funicular to Upper Town

8:00 AM: Breakfast at Le Cochon Dingue in Lower Town:

9:30 AM: Visit the Morrin Centre:
• Explore the historic library and former prison
• Learn about Québec’s English-speaking heritage
• See the original college classrooms

11:30 AM: Depart for Île d’Orléans:
• Stop at local producers for tastings
• Photo stop at Ste-Pétronille village
• Lunch at a countryside restaurant

2:30 PM: Visit Chute Montmorency:
• Walk across the suspension bridge
• Ride the cable car (optional)
• Learn about the 1759 battle fought nearby

6:00 PM: Evening at L’Érablière du Lac Beauport sugar shack:
• Traditional maple-glazed ham feast
• Live folk music and dancing

Day 3: Military History & Departure

8:00 AM: Breakfast at hotel before checking out.

9:00 AM: Citadelle guided tour:
• Watch the changing of the guard ceremony
• Explore the fortress walls
• Visit the Royal 22e Régiment museum

11:30 AM: Free time in Upper Town for:
• Last-minute souvenir shopping
• Photos at Château Frontenac
• Lunch at outdoor café (weather permitting)

2:00 PM: Depart for home with unforgettable memories of:
