My husband and I had breakfast in the dining room this morning (April 17). What a wonderful experience all the way around. The meal was really great but the best part was our server, Larisa. She was so delightful and friendly and the service she provided was top notch. We are locals and this was our first time going to the Delta for breakfast . . . we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Larisa.I would also like to mention that our daughter is getting married in June and we have reserved the bridal suite for two nights. I would like to thank Radhika Batera at the front desk for her 'above and beyond' service. Radhika was so accommodating, extremely friendly and patient. She answered all of my (many) questions and returned my calls and emails promptly.I am grateful that our beautiful city can boast such wonderful hospitality. Thank you Delta Fredericton!
I leave this hotel to discover the two rows of outdoor parking that was there when I left my vehicle became 3 rows of vehicles blocking-in now what is a middle row of vehicles (11 vehicles now blocked in this now middle row). I notify the hotel rep. (Jennifer) at the front desk and they say this is the second such complaint and the hotel can not do anything about this situation. This is an unacceptable response and I expected the hotel to provide my property (my vehicle) so that, I could come and go freely. If this were on public property, the local police would have these vehicles towed. Since this occurred on the hotel owned property, the hotel is responsible to tow these vehicles.Three hours pass and I speak to another hotel rep. (Vijay) at the front desk. This hotel rep. informed me that they called multiple towing companies without any success and this rep. offered for the hotel to pay for a taxi service to get me to where I needed and back the following day to retrieve my vehicle. I contacted a local towing company and provided my phone to this hotel rep. and hotel authorized the tow(s). This is an acceptable response by the hotel rep. in my opinion. Not sure if the tows occurred or the third row of vehicles eventually left.In short, if this hotel seems busy perhaps expect to essentially lose the use of your vehicle for an unknown amount of time during your stay...based on my experience.
I stayed for my birthday with friends. They went the extra mile and provided me with chocolate-covered strawberries in my room when I arrived. A nice touch. I always have a fantastic experience at the Delta. The service is awesome, the hotel and rooms are clean, there is a great atmosphere, the food is good, and there are lots of things to do - trails that are close by, the river adventures are great, the pool & food/bar are great. The lobby bar could use more staff most of the time, I've been there multiple times and there is always a long wait to get a drink, but otherwise everything is great!
We stayed here one first night at the beginning of our week long trip and again 6 days later on our last night. Very nice rooms, clean, comfy beds, lovely pools. The reception was okay, the guy at reception was very good more so than the girl who was not as customer friendly. The first room we had on night 1 the shower handle came right off and we had to manually screw it back to try and get some warm water. The tiles were also kind of gross and yellow. Would expect better from the price we paid. On the last night, same nicely decorated room but the tv didn’t work and we had to call somebody up to fix it. It’s just weird to pay so much and have these little issues. Also the noise level was crazy as people open and closed doors into the night in the hall, click slam click slam click slam. We had to wear earplugs to get a good night sleep. The last night we asked for a quieter room and thought they did not have one, they put us at the end of the hall and it was better.
Recently stayed at the Delta Frederiction on a maritime road trip. It is in a great location on the river with easy access to the river walking path. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the music in the lobby bar. The restaurant was also quite good. The room was modern and clean, although it had a tub shower combo which could be updated. All in all a great stay.
The must stay spot in Fredericton! The staff went above and beyond for me - getting to know my name, helping me get some food despite the kitchen being closed, helping host other guests during my event. The food was delicious- to be sought out even if not staying over at the hotel. The nightlife was classy and buzzing. The hotel room had a most stunning view of the lake to enjoy each day. Could not recommend this hotel more.
This hotel was fine. Good food options and a nice lobby. The meeting spaces were very useful/suitable and good location in the hotel where you could enter through a secondary door (skipping main lobby). Beautiful artwork and the view on the water side is lovely.
Month long stay at delta on woodstock road. hotel is nice but that’s obvious, there is renovations happening on 6th and i believe the 7th and the workers start drilling at 7 in the morning but here all day and do nothing in the afternoon when people are awake (also still putting people on those floors).the front desk people also got on there walky talkys when we come in from smoking and ask other workers to watch us like we don’t belong here! they also allow groups of children to go up and down in the same elevators for hours and running around screaming at people without even batting an eye at them. House keeping is absolutely lovely although the bathtub was not properly cleaned, towels all seemed to be used as the face cloths were half brown a towels all smelt musty like they have been used and just refolded ??
The back story to my experience isn't important - how the Delta handled it was, in my opinion, it's a 10 star. If there is ever a Hotel than can show empathy and understanding - it's this one. I won't book through a third party ever again but thanks to Delta for being there to help me through it!We purchased one of Delta's packages which was the Ski & Stay package - we arrived that morning prior to heading to Crabbe Mountain and picked up our lift tickets and got checked in at the same time.Enjoyed a day on the mountain and arrived back at the hotel to check out the facilities - what an AMAZING, pool, gym and on-site services - we had a great water re-filling station on our floor along with a few other extra in room amenities. The room had a 1 king bed and a non normal/typical layout which seemed like an extra large room - LOVED it!! TV had all of the smart TV features.Spent the evening in the lobby having drinks and listening to some live music - the lobby was bustling and we loved it! My wife commented that out of all the hotels we have ever stayed at, there is no lobby experience like this Delta - I have to agree, it was amazing and a special kudos to the bar staff - customer service 10+ An experience that stood out was - during conversations with the Delta I happened to mention it was our Anniversary. I thought nothing of it but someone picked up on it and took the opportunity and send chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to our room - it was such an unexpected/cool experience to receive. We both had a strawberry and saved the rest to take home for the kids ;) Fredericton Delta is one of these locations that hosts so many different events that as being a local - one time or another for some reason, I have been here. So when I walk through those doors, its a walk down memory lane - I have attended weddings - my designation ceremonies - colleagues designations ceremonies - education seminars and now with inventive packages - we are bringing the family for local/weekend getaways at an amazing value!THANKS Delta Fredericton for being AMAZING - we WILL see you again!
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Awesome restaurant/bar downstairs. This hotel is a little bit outside the “downtown” core of Freddy, but it’s a cheap cab into town. This hotel is located right on the river and has beautiful views. I highly recommend
