Absolutely love the service level at this hotel, cleanliness, quality of food, cocktails, gym is excellent. Shoutout to Ahmed, Dylan, Lauren, Bria, Caitlyn. Justin and Star at breakfast. The staff from front door to check-in, spacious rooms with huge bathrooms and super clean make a longer business stay as comfortable as possible. View from 27th Floor Falcon Skybar is great facing the CN Tower. Highly recommend Wagyu Skirt Steak.
We stayed 2 nights for business. Beautiful hotel with modern design. The restaurant was awesome. Cindy at the reception was very helpful. However, the window couldn't close properly due to big wind. The technician helped to solve the problem. Also, my white bag showed marks from a marker after I checked it in at the front desk.
The hotel was fantastic! Very clean, the staff was very attentive and helpful! I was only at the hotel for a short time so i didn't get to experience all the amenities it has to offer but what I was able to experience was top notch!
Exemplary service. Rooms were perfect. Maurice at the front desk went above and beyond and was entirely accommodating. Every staff member my team encountered was entirely friendly and helpful. Fitness centre is top notch. Stayed for business for the second time but will be certain to make this my stay of choice moving forward.

Very nice hotel. Only 7 years old so everything is newish. Great location near waterfront and close to Billy Bishop airport. Free shuttle to airport and Union. 5 star service from all staff especially Thomas. Stayed here for a work event and would recommend.
What the proximity to downtown lacks the views of Toronto, especially from the 28th floor bar and restaurant more than make up.Spacious rooms, well kept by the housekeeping team and a very welcoming check in experience.Some confusion over restaurant availability but once in the food, drink and service are all very good.
Seriously one of the friendliest staff teams I've witnessed in a long time. And I'm from the Maritimes! From stepping out of my cab, to reception, to housekeeping, to food service... all amazing. Wow what a beautiful hotel! The view from the room was the best view of Toronto! I dined at both Valerie and Rosie's - service and food was amazing. I only wish I was able to stay in the summer to enjoy the gorgeous rooftop pool. When I went to checkout, I had an issue securing an Uber - Maurice reached out to their driver Kenneth and they shuttled me to Union Station at a moment's notice - for FREE! I will definitely come back and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

We indulged in a relaxing session at the Guerlain Spa and dined at the exquisite Valerie restaurant. Plus, being right by the waterfront made for perfect runs and walks. We loved every single moment of our stay—what a fantastic getaway!
